Events

The Friends are kept up to date with events connected with, or taking place in Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. Some events are organised exclusively for the Friends, while others are open to the general public. For Hyde Park Events: Click Here

Looking back over the last couple of years, members enjoyed special visits to Winter Wonderland, the Old Police House stables, Kensington Palace, Albert Memorial Undercroft, as well as a perfumed reverie in the Hyde Park Nurseries. The annual summer party in Hyde Park was a great success in Hyde Park, always accompanied with wine and nibbles. We were looked after on all these occasions by expert and very hospitable hosts.

Tour of the Hyde Park Nursery

Thursday 7th May, 6pm

Especially recommended to those of you who are new members or haven’t visited before. The acres of specialist growing space are full to bursting at this time of year with all the plants grown for the Royal Parks, and for the beds around Buckingham Palace and Downing Street.
